Went to the Polish deli this morning and bought breaded cutlets of pork and chicken. One fish. Also stuffed cabbage rolls.
Tonight will be half a pork cutlet with honey mustard mayo sauce.
Tossed green salad with ranch dressing: has chopped red and yellow peppers, peppadew, mozzarella balls, black olives, carrots, onion, and celery.
Mango coconut kombucha to drink.
Dessert: they had cheese Danish at the Polish deli. They looked so good and I have been thinking about one. Thus far i have avoided them because they come in packages of six at the store. But in this case.... I bought one but will divide it into 3 sections. One of those sections tonight along with sweet and spicy Good Earth tea.

(74 posts)The meat eaters in the family will have grilled teriyaki chicken- the vegetarian (me) will enjoy plant-based nuggets and here is where NJ farmers come in: blue, red an fingerling roasted potatoes; steamed yellow beans with sliced almonds and lettuce salad with cucumbers, purple pepper, shaved carrots and South Jersey tomatoes - all from the Garden State

I cant make the quantity of food he's used to at CCC but I can give him some momma love via food

(21,998 posts)We're hanging out on our boat at the 79th Street Boat Basin in NYC and the First Mate made an awesome dinner. Tomorrow, we're sailing south to Sandy Hook, NJ for an overnight cruise.
This evening, she fried some thin floured boneless pork cutlets and served them on top of yellow rice. I made a big old green salad with about a dozen additives, (onions, peppers, olives, etc.), and we had some fresh rolls with this mess. Yummy.
Chocolate bars for dessert.
Our brand new outboard engine isn't working so I've had to row the 1/2 mile back and forth to the boat. The First Mate likes the results in my muscles!

(4,588 posts)Fancied up a frozen Red Baron pepperoni with veggies, rosemary, and extra cheese.
Salad with ranch and sweet tea to drink.
Nothing for dessert... unless I make a couple pancakes later for a post-midnight snack.
I have a feeling that might happen.
