So coffee with 1% milk & Truvia and an egg over easy on 40 calorie light wheat bread. Hubs is getting a whole watermelon from the store and that will be a mid morning snack today.

Sliced radish sandwiches. I'm using canola butter (advantage is cholesterol free), a little olive oil, chopped chives and parsley, lemon juice, and sea salt .

I'll spread that on a 100-calorie everything bagel with the radishes. I'm using the mandoline for a thin, clean slice.

Raspberries, all of about 7, that I cut off my raspberry bush this morning. I'll prol'ly put them in a tablespoon or two yogurt.

Sweet and spicy tea.

In all reality, it's the stuffing that was left over from last night's stuffed zucchini. It was YUMMY served with an egg on top.
