egg, cheese, ham and mustard on white toast

1/2 banana

It's odd that we have white bread in the house. I think Al picked it out for nostalgic reasons.

5. My breakfast salad: cottage cheese, radishes, carrots, grape tomatoes,

green onions, sprinkled with black pepper and red pepper flakes. A couple pieces watermelon, coffee and cream.
