But the smell when I opened the bottle was a difficult thing to get past. It was just atrocious. Did it bother you, or maybe it was just me, or that bottle? I haven't tried it since for that reason alone, and I was interested because I cannot eat real eggs now due to an allergy, and egg whites just don't cut it.

But in case you don't.

We have a friend who has an egg and dairy alergy. So we've heard about the flax powder. I guess it's just add water to the powder and mix it for a little bit.

I use it for omlettes (with lots of fillings and Follow Your Heart ‘parmesan’ cheese), quiche and replace eggs for beyond meat meatloaf. I have a new bottle in the fridge so I’ll pay attention next time I open it 🙂
