(22,471 posts)early risers and almost everyday my first post was replying to Iris breakfast thread. I keep hoping every morning I'll see her breakfast thread. Some days I'll wait a little later in the morning before posting the OP. I don't mind starting it in the morning until IrisBlue comes back to us, I hope she is doing okay. . .

Husband had coffee, as usual. I'm laying off of it for a bit to see if it's what's been causing my stomach issues. Really need the extra water, anyway.

(35,619 posts)let me know. I can recommend some good substitutes. I cannot have regular coffee for that reason.

(22,767 posts)it's no big deal. I never used to drink it. I only do because husband always has a pot going and I can flavor it with cocoa, milk and stevia to make a mocha. I'm definitely not married to having it, so it's not a hardship to give it up.
