Lasagna from the freezer.
(So busy with planting I have to take shortcuts.)
I did put some creativity into another red-veined sorrel salad. (STILL NO CAR!!!!!) Went up for another bunch today and saw leafy mounds of lemon balm. Hey, why not? So I cut some and did the chiffonade thing with both kinds of leaves. Added artichoke hearts and sliced black olives and will serve with vinaigrette.
Mango kombucha.
Dessert: lemon cake with whipped cream. Mug of Earl Grey tea.

(23,238 posts)My kiddo caught the fish. Walleye is so good no matter how you use it. I think I'll make a chopped broccoli salad and some oven baked french fries to go with the sandwiches.

Bought a rotisserie chicken at Costco Saturday. I am tearing it up tonight and some of it will get chopped up and go into fried rice (rice from a batch I made last week) with veggies. The rest will appear in other dishes.
I have Rocky Road ice cream in the freezer. Spousal unit has canteloupe chunks.

(22,767 posts)Husband had more of the corned beef, sauteed cabbage and garlic potatoes. I had a small open-faced meatball sub.
Both of us had vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries.
P.S. today is the 16th.
