Coffee, scrambled eggs and a potato patty.

1. Coffee, sweet potato pancake, banana

Just 4 more sweet potatoes in the cupboard. Think I'll take a break for a few days.

2. two eggs, over easy. fried in bacon fat

hashbrown potatoes fried golden brown in butter, two thick slices of spam fried golden brown, and toasted homemade bread with butter.

3. sausage hash

w/ cheesy/over-easy egg on top (and a few dashes of hot sauce)
grape tomatoes dressed in balsamic vinegar

I'm having orange tea but then I'm leaving to get my car and will pick up some fruit at the store. Whatever looks good.
