Tuna pasta

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
1 pan-seared tuna steak, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 jar marinara sauce (Trader Joe's is excellent)
1 cup dry red wine
3/4 pound pasta of your choice
Parmesan cheese

Directions
In a large frying pan, saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Then add remaining vegetables and cook until soft. Add marinara sauce and red wine and simmer for about 10 minutes. While sauce is simmering, prepare the pasta. Then add the tuna and heat through. When pasta is cooked, drain but don't rinse and fold into the sauce. Serve with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
