What's for Dinner ~ Tuesday March 5th

More veggies for me...I'm on a veggie sandwich kick, and I have pearitos ( black eyed peas, green peas, cajun seasoning, and a touch pepper jack cheese in burrito form with flour tortillas) every day too for something hot.

More Steak and Chicken Fajitas for Bill!

You?

Either the chicken and chickpeas stew from Sunday or Asian noodle soup from last night. Both were tasty!

Going to improvise a crockpot creation based on this recipe for a lemony veal stew. Sounds viable, yummy, not too time consuming and - most importantly - I have all the ingredients already in my pantry. Not to mention both the beef and the potatoes need to be cooked stat least a rotting tragedy occur.

We're having Sesame Soba Noodles (which is soba noodles with a tahini sauce and veggies) and a salad of mandarin oranges, bananas and kiwi.

Back to the town where I can get groceries, which is a good thing as we have a guest coming.

They may want to go out tonight, which is fine with me because we have to travel today, but tomorrow I can get back to cooking what I want.

i'm going to take the squash soup to work for lunch today, which leaves the tater/cabbage soup from sunday for dinner.

if i'm souped out, it'll be a bowl of cereal or a grilled cheese/quesadilla.
