2. Guacamole to begin.

...with fresh tomato salsa using all the lovely peppers, cilantro, etc., that we found at the grocer today. I'm going to make savory grits with some sauteed fresh corn cut off the cob mixed in and served with a side of refried beans. I'll grill strips of spicy chicken breast and serve in tacos (corn and wheat flour) which we will garnish with black olives, goat cheese, and more fresh salsa. Maybe even a beer!

Ate a bigger lunch than normal while out with high school friends (46 years after graduation!) The eggs benedict were excellent.
