Asian lamb/noodle soup

Ingredients
1/8 head of purple cabbage, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 package frozen spinach
2 cups leftover cooked lamb, chopped
6 T miso
dash of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 T dashi
Whole wheat Asian noodles, cooked

Directions
In a large pot, saute onions and cabbage for 5-10 minutes. Add 9 cups water and bring to a boil. Add miso and dashi and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, add spinach and cook for 10 minutes. Right before serving, add noodles and lamb.
