What's for Dinner, May 10, 2013

Veggie burger on toasted pumpernickel;
cheese, roasted peppers/roasted tomato topping

Arugula/pine nut/parmesan salad

Strawberries and yogurt for dessert

p.s. the arugula is rustica and is from my garden. First salad of the season!

Haven't had the soup yet - Bill isn't due home until 12:30 am. House smells yummy though!

and I was full until I read your post. Now, I'm jonesing for pasta comfort food!

I had had a cup of corn basil chowder and a veggie burger patty with mozzarella plus a glass of blueberry apple cider which was perfectly satisfactory until....now.
Have to go put a pot of water on to boil. :sigh:

At least you didn't post about Haagen Daz. It's storming outside and that might have necessitated a run to the corner store!

I'll drain the stock off to add to the pasta boil. Simmer what's left of the sausage and veggies in pasta sauce, plate and cover it all with grated cheese...
