picked up some jalapeno sausages on sale last week and figured that would be a good vehicle for them. haven't yet decided whether i'll use white or kidney beans, but i've got all day.
i do have to get the loaf of bread going, though.

Enough left over for another meal each, at least.
The panini were good, especially the prosciutto, and the yam salad was killer - cubed yams, olive oil, red onion, parsley, honey, dijon mustard.
