2. Bean Burritoes and a fruit salad

4. Roast beef/cheese/veggie wrap, oil & vinegar potato salad, olives, fig newtons.

And it's Craft Beer Week, may walk downtown and pick up a mix of some local brews.

5. Roast chicken.

With stuffing (from the deli) and corn.

6. I've been working on clearing out the freezer

So we've had some odd combos for dinner lately. Tonight it was chicken wings and edamame.

7. chicken enchiladas with lots of cheddar

...and a plate of raw veggies from the farmers market. The sugar snap peas were so so so sweet!

Rhubarb pie just came out of the oven.

8. leftovers

could be tuna salad, could be sausage bean soup. hell, it could just be a hunk of the loaf i baked yesterday.

but i'm not going to kid myself. it will probably be cereal.

It was very chilly here in the mountains today. We had some snow flurries, believe it or not! It was a good day for soup!
