Nightshade and gluten sensitivity anyone?

Nightshades wreak havoc on my inflammation so I've been off those for a couple years. Now I need to couple that with gluten-free, which is a huge challenge. Many gluten free foods have tomato/peppers/potato in them. I found one cookbook that addresses this diet. Anyone else?

Nightshade food family unfortunately does add to the arthiritis issues, my body tells me.
And damned if I have not developed an allergy to oranges, strawberries and raspberries.
I can still eat them, but do get some hives from them.
More and more I am dragging out the wok for stir fries and rice.
