4-5 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 pound Brie chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c olive oil
bunch of basil, chopped right before serving
1/2 pound of rotini, cooked
Parmesan
Directions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except basil, pasta, and parmesan. Let flavors marry for an hour or two. Cook pasta and drain but don't rinse. Mix with tomato/Brie mixture. Chop and add basil and serve with Parmesan cheese.

tomatoes come in. I got the recipe from my Silver Palate cookbook years ago.
