sliced thin and cooked with cabbage, mushrooms, onion & Chinese noodles. I threw some Hoisin sauce in. I have no idea what it will turn out like, but my hubby will eat almost anything as long as there is white (pasty) bread to go along. It's a southern thing, I guess. He always complains about the bread they make here in the west versus the "loaf bread" he grew up on in North Carolina. Since I don't eat it, I cannot make a judgment!

Some polenta I picked up at Trader Joe's and more wilted spinach. Need to use up some maters as well so will slice and enjoy.

Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin & Sammy Davis Jr. couldn't make it.

Nor could Bond, James Bond, but I had a martini, straight up (shaken, not stirred) to note them all.
