What's for Dinner ~ Tuesday August 13th

1. Leftover bbq steak and chicken which I will be

shredding and mixing in some onions and bell peppers. I have a bag of tortillas, so will sprinkle some pepper jack cheese on them and make quesadillas. Serve with homemade salsa and guacamole -- yum!

2. Colby-Jack cheese stuffed Anaheim peppers, refried beans, flour tortillas and

a tomato/avocado salad.

3. Cheeseburger with Hatch chiles, cambozola cheese on ciabatta bun

with a bowl of grape tomatoes on the side.

4. Leftover pepper steak...

which turned out really well. Also more yellow beans.

7. The pizza turned out awesome!

6. comfort food

Half a rack of barbecued pork ribs.

Macaroni and cheese.

Salad with balsamic dressing.

For dessert, a coconut ice bar.
