http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
Leftover salmon
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c reduced sodium chicken broth or stock
1/2 pound cooked pasta
olive oil
black pepper to taste
1 t red pepper flakes
Parmesan cheese

Directions
In a large frying pan, saute red pepper for a couple minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook for a few more minutes. Pour broth into pan and when it starts to simmer, add salmon, black and red pepper flakes and cook for about 10 minutes. Break the salmon up into smaller pieces with a spoon or spatula. Fold in pasta and serve with parmesan cheese.
