To bung on the grill. Never made it before. I'll probably do it on foil because I'm afraid the cheese will melt into the grill.

The gravy sauce is apple, ginger, soy sauce, hot sauce, cilantro & some brown sugar all simmered together. Set over night. Off the cuff mix. Will probably set on the side as a dipping sauce 'till I see how it fits.

I marinaded chicken thighs in buttermilk overnight then dredged them in seasoned flour and fried. Delicious!
