I don't have a specific recipe for the coleslaw handy, but there are plenty of them on the Internet. Grilled asparagus would also go well with it, and you could dress it with a sesame oil dressing of some sort.

or a risotto. Brussel Sprouts, sautéed with caramelized onions and sun-dried tomatoes (you can add a splash of basalmic vinegar, if you like).

Like a wok and all the other stuff. I could offer suggestions but they all take about two days to put together. Even the rice takes two days.

....rice wine vinegar/mirin and a grating of fresh ginger.

And an edemame aparagus quick stir fry would be great with it.
