1. Black bean and pineapple enchiladas, corn on the cob and a tomato/avocado salad

It is such a beautiful Fall day here in northern PA.....not taking it fro granted.

2. Fall like here too, in CA terms. Cool and clear. Breezy. Your meal sounds good.

I'm having a baked, Mexican spiced chicken breast, sliced avo and rice.

3. Asian Orange Chicken

with rice, green salad and a glass of Pinot Gris. Smells good.

4. Roast pork loin.

I'm cooking it on top of shallots and honey crisp apples (peeled and quartered).

5. fancy dress up anniversary dinner!

i've been drooling over the menu for days now and have decided on french onion soup and pate for starters and creme brulee for dessert, but i still haven't made a decision on the entree.

i haven't eaten today and plan on gorging myself tonight.

6. Chef's salad.

We have romaine, pepperoni, turkey, cheese and hopefully can pick up some other veggies.

And there is a leftover twice baked potato that we are going to have a fight over, lol.
