I have a bunch of shaggy parasols, and I was thinking about making a stuffing with bread crumbs and shrimp, and tossing them in the oven, while using the lobster mushrooms in a risotto to go with them..

I'm going to use Thai fish sauce instead of the real anchovies and see how that works out.

with angel hair pasta. I'll use my own homemade tomato sauce from the freezer.

Green salad with green pepper, carrot, cucumber, etc., is already made up.

For dessert, small square of bread puding.

My brother stopped by to see Dad. I used the left over sauerkraut from those awesome recipes you guys gave me (I didn't get around to my pork and kraut until yday) corned beef and swiss cheese from the deli and Ken's Thousand Island Dressing.

It was a HUGE hit, and sooooo simple.

I had leftover vegetable soup from yesterday for lunch and I'm having grits with Tabasco and cheddar for dinner. Nothing beats a big bowl of grits for comfort food

We have company and it all turned out great.

The tortilla soup was somewhat complex, but was definitely worth the work. I had never made it before and didn't know that you put the avocado, cheese and tortilla chips in the bowl, then pour the hot soup over that. Really good.
