in oil and mustard seeds. Roasted cauliflower with fenugreek. Basmati rice with shallots and saffron.

we have some soup leftover from last night, but i don't know that i can do soup four nights in a row. i need a change.

One of their boxed soups, found it on sale. Simmered. Dropped in small rice flour dumplings till done. Pulled out the pork and dumplings for a plate, had the soup on the side.

One of those who knew it would come together? meals.

Back in the day, my Ma would make rice pudding with 2 options... semi-sweet chocolate chips, or pineapple. I always chose the pineapple. YUM!

a healthy version. It's just as good, I think, as the "less healthy" versions.

This was diner rice pudding! It was actually pretty good.
