1. Spicy lamb meatballs in a red curry sauce. Some yellow peppers roasted and marinated

in oil and mustard seeds. Roasted cauliflower with fenugreek. Basmati rice with shallots and saffron.

2. probably a turkey sandwich

we have some soup leftover from last night, but i don't know that i can do soup four nights in a row. i need a change.

3. The pork, lentil, celery, garlic, onion soup I started yesterday.

Might add some dumplings to top it off.

8. Ah geez, this came out great. The soup base was almost a stew. Added TJ's carrot/ginger soup.

One of their boxed soups, found it on sale. Simmered. Dropped in small rice flour dumplings till done. Pulled out the pork and dumplings for a plate, had the soup on the side.

One of those who knew it would come together? meals.

4. Leftover pasta, steamed kale and a tomato/olive salad

5. The rest of the pizza I made yesterday.

It's very cold here, so it's something that will warm me.

6. Creamed Spinach soup

With a dollop of sour cream and some crusty bread.

7. grilled tri-tip

potato wedges and a green salad.

10. stuffed shells w/tomato sauce

salad. Rice pudding for dessert.

I had dinner with my union colleagues.

11. loving the rice pudding thing!

Back in the day, my Ma would make rice pudding with 2 options... semi-sweet chocolate chips, or pineapple. I always chose the pineapple. YUM!

12. I've been making it with brown rice

a healthy version. It's just as good, I think, as the "less healthy" versions.

This was diner rice pudding! It was actually pretty good.
