Leftover sushi
1/2 c tempura batter
1 c panko bread crumbs
reduced sodium soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Directions
Add water to tempura until it's the consistency of pancake batter. Dip sushi into tempura batter, then coat with panko crumbs. Fry in oil until light brown. Serve with low sodium soy sauce.

My daughter ordered enough sushi to fill us up properly. The chef made one of the rolls wrong so he gave us an additional one. Which put us over the top. So we had about 10 pieces that we couldn't possibly finish. Hence, the leftovers.
