Lots of garlic and onions and a big handful of Thai bird peppers. Trying to decide what to use on the side. Potato, noodles or rice.

Same as any Arroz Con Pollo but with mega amounts of Cilantro and Aji Amarillo peppers. I love this stuff. Green rice and chicken lol.

I always love these threads because they give me good ideas. I need something to cook after work and I didn't defrost any meats, so who knows what is jumping out of the oven this evening. I'm probably going to use the head of cabbage I bought on Sunday, and maybe make some biscuits. I'm probably the weirdest Southerner in the world in that I don't like cornbread.

With cod. I cooked it low and slow. The pot liquor was sopped up with the remaining whole wheat bread from last week.

I have taken to cleaning, chopping, then freezing my kale. When I need some for a dish I break off a piece. freezing tenderizes the kale.

This time with shredded chicken. Tommy is having panko fried chicken and sweet potato oven fries with rosemary and garlic. I am having a chopped salad with another piece of salmon.
