sauce, mashed potatoes & red grapefruit for dessert. The lamb usually comes with garlic and rosemary which we like. I could try garlic salt and rosemary I suppose. I just wondered what others do.

a product that I have used is lavender sea salt from Williams and Sonoma. That was delicious with lamb too.
I think the key is to salt well. The rest of your meal will not compete with an herb salted roast. Sounds yummy.

Of olive oil, mashed garlic, salt, pepper, fresh chopped rosemary and thyme. The trick is to not go overboard with the herbs.
