I'm not quite sure where January went....or what is for dinner tonight!

1. ribeye steak sandwich on ciabatta bun.

With grilled onions and jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and mayo.

2. Egg foo yung, sesame brown rice and steamed green beans

3. Leaving the boat for a few days tomorrow, so time for a clean out.

Rest of the black beans, the mashed up plantains (which I have rolled into balls and will try to fry) and any fresh produce that is lying around.

Too hot to cook anyway.

chicken breasts (bone in and skin on), yukon gold taters, bacon, bell peppers, onions, garlic and yellow squash.

edit: i think i'm going to do panko and parm crusted baked chicken and make a hash with everything else.

5. Scrambled eggs, smoked Italian sausage, bell pepper, onion, greens - one skillet meal.

6. More pork roast and yet another baked potato.

Tonight I'm in the mood for a salad to go with it.
