Rest of the black beans, the mashed up plantains (which I have rolled into balls and will try to fry) and any fresh produce that is lying around.
Too hot to cook anyway.

chicken breasts (bone in and skin on), yukon gold taters, bacon, bell peppers, onions, garlic and yellow squash.
edit: i think i'm going to do panko and parm crusted baked chicken and make a hash with everything else.
