(35,658 posts)I actually ended up doing nothing for dinner so I might use it tonight. Except--get this--I won't have to make the rack thingie with the foil 'cuz I have one of those loaf pans with the holes in it.
Yes, one day I saw them advertised on TV and considering how much I like meat loaf, I thought it would be a good investment. The next day I stopped at a yard sale and found one for $1. Could not believe my luck on that one.
But instead of my complicated recipe, I think I'll put a glaze on it.

(9,766 posts)I have a leftover sheet of puff pastry. I spread it with strawberry preserves and melted some cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, spread that on top and rolled it up. Will cut into pinwheels to bake for dessert.
Not sure how it will turn out, but is sounded good in my head. Lol.
