Do you love chai tea? Here's how to make your own.

You make a cup of black tea and add a spoonful or two of this stuff.
It's a can of Eagle Brand with spices in it.

VANILLA CHAI SYRUP

Makes about 1-1/4 cups.

Ingredients:

One 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

2 tsp. ground cardamom

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. ground cloves

1 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground white pepper

pinch salt

2 tsp. vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and spices
and vanilla. Transfer syrup to a clean jar with a tight fitting lid and store in the fridge for up to 6 months. Stir a spoonful or two into a cup of hot black tea.

I'm going to try it. I've been looking for alternatives to coffee and this fits the billl.

Thanks, Manifestor.
