I've got some baby bok choy, shiitaki mushrooms, and green onions to go into the broth.
I love freezer finds!

Wish I remembered how I made it.
My chili is different every time. I used a lot of Romas that were getting a little soft in this batch. Soupier than usual..... but a really good flavor.
