(146,218 posts)I think some chicken salad in an avocado. I also have a tub of chipotle mashed potatoes that should be very delicious and filling.
I'm currently experimenting with agua frescas. I made a water melon one today and am currently soaking rice/cinnamon/almonds for my first horchata. Wonderful stuff when it's hot and humid.
Enjoy your pizza!

(2,016 posts)A simple bake, with garlic, S&P. Mashed spuds (sour cream and green onion), and steamed broccoli with lemon.
(Gee, that only took 10 hrs for me to decide...)
ps: I went to three different grocery stores today to look for a reasonable beef chuck roast. What I found was really low grade beef (no marbling at all) at ridiculously high prices. As I walked out the door(s), I said to myself "They can let it rot on the shelf, for all I care!"
Arrgghh!!
