Along with a hunk of a crusty baguette and some of my raspberry flavored fizz water.

Making the meatballs from grass-fed, organic ground beef. Making my own tomato sauce.

Huge green tossed salad with lots of raw vegetables like carrots, Daikon radish, scallions, cherry tomatoes. Yum, I can hardly wait.

And garlic bread made from Judy bread.

Think it should be International but better have some tacos, green salsa, rellenos, sopaipillas and flan while in Margaritaville.

....and I didn't bawl at all cuz I kept my mouth shut tight the whole time I was prepping the onions.

It's been an eclectic kitchen today. Made a huge batch of caramel corn, and three jars of dill-pickled carrots, and some beautiful lemon buttercream frosting for a birthday cake that someone else is making, and read cookbooks for fun.

Three kinds of home made cheeses with freshly baked bread, raw tuna sliced thin and a very fresh salad. Had fresh strawberries and locally made yogurt, but didn't even get to that, lol.

Taking the guests up the coast today and plan to stop in one of the street side taco places for a $3 feast.
