a poster on the other thread remarked about how Earl Grey is pricey. I stopped at the supermarket to buy some the other day and was shocked--$6.99-8.99 price range.
But they had Bigelow teas on sale and I bought a box for only 2.50.
An even better idea is to grow your own. Just grow bergamot and harvest the leaves--make your own Earl Grey.

(130,872 posts)As with most items, prices vary among manufacturers. Twinings tends to be the 'expensive' brand among teas, but isn't mandatory.
