I'm teaching tonight so it will either an early or late dinner for me.

I'm thinking cantalope with prosciutto.

Asian chicken salad.

1. I'm thinking

The rest of the Alfredo. Warning don't make the whole package of pasta if you live alone. The cat won't help you eat it.

2. pork shoulder chunks simmering in red chili gravy in the oven as we speak....

Chili colorado, more or less. With Mexican rice and beans, of course, and corn tortillas. It smells like chili and pork throughout the house.

3. Veggie burgers, potato salad and corn on the cob

4. Another hamburger, another salad.

5. Baked 1/2 chicken

with Mexican rice and pinto beans.

The rice has jalapenos, sweet onions and fresh tomatoes. Yum!

Kicking back on a day off, drinking a brew, and watching the internet go by...

6. Cold beet soup and broccoli

Nice refreshing dinner.

Own) with lots of parmesan on top.
