Related: About this forumFrozen Coconut Limeade
My daughter introduced me to Smitten Kitchen. Great recipes and her writing and photos are loads of fun. Few days ago she posted this drink/slushie/smoothie recipe; not the sort of thing I usually make but I'm in Florida, and it's summer 90% of the time here.
Well. It's incredibly refreshing and delicious! I squeezed the limes and used canned coconut milk.
Heaven! And you can tinker.

I love trying slushie drinks. And I actually have limes in the kitchen for once. I'm going to give it a go. Thanks!

Had it a second day and yep, still amazingly good. Tonight I will try a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, making it Caribbean-ish.
I will add some lime sherbet.
