way here and picked up 3 kinds of greens, a beautiful cabbage, carrots, black-eyed peas, peppers, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli.

I'm making cornbread, mixed greens, peas and and a salad with those little sweet tomatoes. YUM!

But I'm putting it in a pie dish and making it like a deep-crust pizza.
I have fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, orange and yellow pepper, plus onions to put on top. Just a little ground beef.

Tossed green salad with Boston lettuce, ruffled green leaf, and spinach. The usual vegetables, like peppers, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and scallion.

I ate a late lunch, so I don't need another real meal. And I baked my truly spectacular cookies for the first time in ages, as in maybe a year.
