I found a great peanut soup. This one is from the Congo Cookbook.

I've tried it, and even my wife loved it. I think it was the tomatoes that did it for her.

I used to make a real simple recipe, but with this recipe I see the error of my ways.

I used natural peanut butter from the coop, so it was not as smooth or salty as if I used grocery store peanut butter.
