What's for Dinner, Sun., April 19, 2015

It's kind of cool here today, so I think I'll do a slow cooker lamb stew. The ingredients are mostly already cooked, so it will just be a "warm-up." The stew will have carrots, potatoes, onions, and I'll season it with parsley and thyme. If I can find some fresh peas, I'll put those in, too.

Ruined my lamb stew. So i pulled out the onions and it was good.

But what I made for an appetizer was what prompted me to make this post. Aldis sells this honey goat cheese that is out of this world. I sprinkled black pepper, oregano and parsley, chopped, and drizzled with olive oil. SO good!
