free e-cookbook from nick stellino

i know the link says it's expired, but it's still good. if you're not familiar with him, there are some videos under recipes and maybe you will see why i love him so much. he is just a bright and happy guy who loves to cook and i would love to hang out with him.

I've seen his show on public TV.

The cookbook is nice! Here are a few of the recipes I want to make:

--Trio of Salad Greens with Creamy Black Cherry Dressing

--Braised Chicken Meatballs with Peppers

--Salmon with Curry & Ginger Sauce
