I just brewed up a big ol' pot for tonight's special. Nothing better on a cold winter day than a simple steaming hot cup of the stuff!

I'll confess though, we have an excellent dried product (Ajinomoto Hondashi) that I usually nick for the apartment. I'm literally too kitchen-lazy outside of work to even go through that much trouble

… I'm inspired by the better kitchen arrangement since last year when we renovated our small home, so I've been on this Indian cooking mission. However…

As I study, taste, and now see the long tradition of other cultures, I seek the change in WHAT one gets from cooking.

These have been great. I've really learned! Thanks!
