(9,822 posts)for many, many years. I use red wine vinegar and add a little ground caraway at the end. It is heavenly. Wish I could cook mine with pork, but there are those in my family that won't eat it

Seasoning of this is very simple and the taters and onions are already on the stove. The Mushrooms are ready and the steak is thinly cut.

The conures begged, no, they did not get morels, way, way too expensive... but they got shitakes. (And steak, no way I can cook steak and not give them steak)
