Savory vegetable cake (that's the recipe name--it's baked) and salad.

p.s. I'm adding this to the menu:

Chicken Drumsticks with Asian Barbecue Sauce.

The Whole Foods is on my way home from class, and I couldn't resist the special: drumsticks for $1.99/lb!

picked up from Publix. They can wrap it, eat it plain, or make a sandwich. I have warned them all I'm not going to use my stove much in summer.

I made the tzatziki sauce last night, so that it would have time for the flavors to meld. This morning I sliced some shoulder chops up thin, and put it in a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano. I'll throw it under the broiler to cook.

With pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes and red onion. Yum!

the husband makes and calls them Chinese Fajitas because he makes them kind of saucy (I think he puts a little soy in there ) but as long as he is doing it, he can call it what he wants.
