Just dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika, broil, and serve with lemon wedges.

Usually have pico de gallo on the side, but any chunky side would work, I think. Indian chutney? Caribbean sliced fruit mix?

Easier than it sounds if you just use canned, which is fine...drain well and mix with chorizo, bottled clam juice and canned piquillo peppers, plus a little pimenton (Spanish smoked paprika). Add tiny clams at the last minute to just cook through, dump it in to shallow bowls, and top with the fish that's had the skin dredged in Wondra and seared. Delicious!

All of the ideas and recipes sound great. I was a little intimidated by it because it's so expensive and I didn't want to mess it up.
