What's for Dinner, Thurs., Sept. 3, 2015

It will be a late night for me, as my last class is over at 8:30, and it takes 40" to get home, so I suspect it will be something out of the freezer. I did, however, make a delicious omelette this a.m. using fresh kale from the garden, red onion, and goat cheese. Added some tomatoes on the side.

2. A "no cooking" night

I spent four hours scrubbing the kitchen floor (13-inch tiles with grout), and I really don't want to see the kitchen tonight. I did start a test area to see what works best on the counter tops. Other than that, stick a fork in me, because I'm done for today.

I'll stop by the neighborhood Chinese place for veggie lo mein, beef n' broccoli, and BBQ pork. (Like, what else do I get there?)

Signed,
Pooped.

So we have strawberry zucchini "muffins" except I just threw it in a pie pan because I hate cleaning muffin tins, and we've got a repair guy coming in the morning, so I want the kitchen clean. And more baked chicken legs for the next few nights, because I got a 10lb bag of them and shoved it in the freezer, so I had to thaw the block of them all at once. And like you, tomatoes on the side.
