It's Tuesday, Sept. 8 What's for dinner? Tacos!

It's taco tuesday made with black bean and TVP filling, shredded romaine lettuce, sour cream, yummy cheese and toasted taco shells. It wouldn't be complete without homemade salsa and some serious dashes of your preferred hot sauce (Tabasco is always my go to choice)

Fun to make, and everyone gets to choose how they want them made

I'm not a vegetarian, but this is so convenient to make (and cheap) with the spicy black bean patties from Morningstar as the filling, you barely have to do anything other than dice up the lettuce, use the salsa you probably already had, and the vegans can avoid the sour cream and the cheese.

I try to have a couple of days a week that are meat free. This is an easy one

I was thinking tacos for tonight, too, but since I picked up some sammiches before my class tonight, I'll have the tacos tomorrow. Yours sound so good that I'm going to give them a try tomorrow, since I have time to cook and have no classes until the evening.

I had a class that met until 10 tonight, so I had a little time to order something on the way. The only thing around was a Burger King, but it's a good Burger King. They have a new sandwich: burger with jalopenos. Was very good for a fast food meal!
