Seriously, I love steak fajitas. The turkey breast is dinner (and it's pretty good) because I'm trying to clear the freezer for the holidays. That means a bunch of things that are okay, but not a favorite.

Still, the cabbage is outstanding!

But tasty leftovers. Nothing like cabbage fried up with bratwurst..

My aunt taught me my grandmother's recipe to make it. Fry bacon, chop the cabbage into six wedges, then pop the cabbage in the liquid left by the bacon. Oh my word, the potlikker left after you have cooked it is amazing.

and with chicken livers in it.

Last bit of meatloaf.

Zucchini-herb rounds. I slice zucchini, dip it in egg and panko, and saute it.

And a tossed green salad with both endive and radicchio.

Dessert will be a little vanilla yogurt with cherries in it and topped with pecans.

....some cumin, with hominy. Guacamole on the side, and pico de gallo and chips. Got to go make the pico de gallo right now!

Although I didn't originally think that way. Unfortunately, I got a huge stomach ache after eating it. Sometimes pork affects me that way, and I don't have any idea why. Maybe hormones in the meat? This was just a supermarket shoulder roast.
