and after cleaning out the seeds, filled the holes with the contents of a can of pink salmon mixed with celery, herbs, panko crumbs, and an egg. Threw some swiss on the top.

In the interests of time, just nuked it for 15 minutes, although that overcooked the salmon a bit.

ham, peppers, onions. We've got a lot of extra cut up onions from other things, heh.

Either that or scrounge.

I haven't eaten all day, and I can't wait to get home to eat pasta alfredo (and I desecrate it according to some because I bless it with tomato basil feta cheese instead of parmesan) a small eye of round steak and a salad.

I actually baked bread today, and it didn't come out like a lead door stop. So, I have fresh bread for dunkin'.

Shortly I will be frying those delectable little morsels and stuffing them into the pitas along with the sauce and can hardly wait. Yummm! It's been a while since I made them.

Butternut squash, zucchini, acorn squash, eggplant, carrots, onion, brussel sprouts, all cooked and pureed with chicken broth, olive oil and cream. Add curry, garlic, ginger, thyme for more flavor.
