Chicken parmesan.

Haven't figured out what else.

People (students) on my job were driving me nuts today, and I need to get out to my garden to restore some peace of mind.

It's been in the crock pot all day. I'm thinking about planting some peas. It's still WAY early, but honestly, the way the weather has been around here, I think they'll make it. I put in some brussels sprouts last fall, and they made it through the winter, entirely uncovered. I honestly expected them to simply die, but although they lost a few leaves, they made it through.
