so rather it and the other vegetables in the fridge go to waste, I made a pot of stock with the little round bone in the middle of it, diced up some onions, diced up the lamb, and made what I believe to be a quite delicious pot of French Onion soup on a day so rainy you would be better off traveling via boat.

We are floating, and I needed something to warm up my ribs!

capers, white wine, lemon juice and chicken broth thickened a bit with flour. Shaved parmesan on top. It was pretty good. Served with leftover grilled turkey breast and an avocado/grapefruit salad.
